We bake cheesecakes every day and rotate through our ninety-plus flavors, but we do try to keep our "core" flavors available at all times: Original, Turtle, Strawberry, Triple Chocolate, White Chocolate Strawberry, and everyone's absolute favorite....White Chocolate Raspberry!

Our History

City Hall Cheesecake started in 2010 when Ron and Diane Bishop took their passion for fresh, delicious cheesecake, and combined it with their passion for friends and the community. They opened for business in the old Hernando City Hall building, a tiny, brick structure that sat empty for years right off the Hernando Square in Historic Hernando, MS.
Recently, their business expanded to the point where they outgrew the minuscule structure (and subsequently small kitchen), so they moved right down the road on Commerce Street next to the railroad tracks.
A New Purpose

In August 2018, new owner Kim Daly purchased City Hall Cheesecake and it has been growing ever since.
"For me, it was a natural next step as I have LOVED this cheesecake for years. My family was looking for a new way to invest in our community, and this business seemed to be a perfect fit. It is our deepest desire to use this business as a means to love people well - whether it be our employees or our precious customers.
